Institute of Flavour

The Institute of Flavour allowed guests to immerse themselves in a sensory celebration of seasoning that brought to life the pop behind Propercorn’s product. Working with food architects Bompas&Parr, Jotta created five distinct experiences that allowed guests to create their perfect popped corn from over 125,000 different flavour combinations. The winning flavour, to be developed for sale across the UK. Installations brought to life the making of Propercorn across all its stages.
